主诉：1997年7月9日因鼻咽癌住进浙江省肿瘤医院于9月30日出院。住院期间，9月4日做CT报告：“左咽喉窝闭塞。”9月30日出院，在出院小节中写到“出院时全身情况欠佳，消瘦、厌食”。10月17日，左上颈颌下及1．5cm肿大淋巴结结，右腋窝2cm肿大淋巴结。10月17日右颈前有淋巴结活动。院方议手术治疗。患者惧怕手术，而转入中医中药。于1997年10月25日前来就诊：形体消瘦，两侧颈淋巴结肿大，头疼失眠，张口吞咽异常困难，大便稀汤，舌质降红，脉弦而细，证属：气血两虚，津液亏损。

治法：滋阴生津、润燥化瘀。
